Gorgeous nose, two thirds went through malolactic fermentation which adds to the oily, lanolin and richer character. Delicious mid-palate sensation of sweetness.
Bold and intense, this starts out as a tropical concoction of coconut water and pineapple notes, with layers of melon, peach and citrus zest, all leading to a long, generous peach and tangerine finish. Richly textured.
Simply stunning. It is one of the best whites I have tasted in a while.
Tropical, melon, peach, citrus zest; rich.
A creamy, toasty, warm-custard-on-apple-pie-crust affair, with lifting tart apple mid-palate, touches of lime, but more marmalade than zest. The finish goes on for minutes and feels dense.
A step up from traditional Sauvignon, the fruit here is subtle with ripe - almost red - berries, while also boasting a fresh and zingy quality with a creamy texture and long mineral finish.
