Brand Manager

Liberty Wines is one of the most dynamic wine companies in the UK, supplying a wide range of premium wines to all sectors of the trade including restaurants, independent wine merchants and specialists. We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive Brand Manager to join the team and manage the relationship between Liberty Wines and the producers in our portfolio. The Brand Managers work closely with the Sales, Buying and Events teams to help facilitate sales of these wines and manage the market activity for relevant countries in the portfolio including creating brand strategies, organising visits to key regions for trade customers and managing stock allocations.

Sustainability is central to Liberty Wines’ business ethos. We have been certified carbon neutral since 2014 and became ‘carbon neutral plus’ in 2021. Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ wine trade experience
  • Languages: fluent to business level Spanish beneficial, but not a requirement.
  • Good commercial awareness and industry knowledge with an understanding of routes to market, and on and off-trade.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to exercise diplomacy.
  • Experience in supplier management working professionally with people of different cultures
  • Good IT knowledge including Microsoft 360.
  • WSET qualified to diploma level
