Customer Business Support Manager
Liberty Wines, one of the wine industry’s fastest growing and most respected importers, is recruiting a Customer Business Support Manager. This role will lead the sales support, marketing support and design teams to effectively prioritise workload, deliver key projects and continually improve the service we offer our customers.
Reporting to the Director of Insight and Business Development, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator who can build relationships across the sales, marketing and operations teams to understand business priorities. They will apply this understanding to effectively manage team workload and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the sales and marketing support that we provide to our customers. This will require the ability to both grasp the detail of the team’s projects and take a wider view on how ways of working can be improved, including the introduction of technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will have strong people management experience, be comfortable working at a fast pace, and must have good wine knowledge, preferably WSET Level 3 or above.
