Eight make The Wine Merchant Top 100

The Wine Merchant have revealed their Top 100 winners for 2019 and we're delighted that eight of our wines secured a Top 100 place. All three of the wine producers we work with from Central Otago feature in the Top 100 - Akarua for their ‘RUA’ Pinot Noir 2017, Burn Cottage for their ‘Moonlight Race’ Pinot Noir 2015, and Wild Earth for their Pinot Noir 2016. The ‘Noble Riesling’ 2018 from Framingham in Marlborough, Mitolo ‘Jester’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 from McLaren Vale and Amalaya Malbec 2015 from Salta also make the line-up. In addition to their Top 100 medals, the Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve NV picked up the ‘Best Sparkling’ trophy, while the Fèlsina Berardenga ‘Fontalloro’ 2016 was named ‘Best Red’. A further 13 wines from our portfolio are 'Highly Commended' - just missing out on a Top 100 slot.
