Bodegas Máximo

Castilla-La Mancha, castilla mancha Spain

Bodegas Máximo was founded in 2002 to produce modern wines that offer exceptional value. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Castilla y León and Castilla-La Mancha at altitudes ranging between 600 and 850 metres above sea level. Here the large diurnal range helps to extend the growing season and retain the varieties’ vibrant acidity and aromatics. The grapes are vinified at the state-of-the-art winery, where the focus is on temperature control and gentle handling of the grapes to ensure freshness and balance in the wines.

The Blanco is 100% Viura fermented in stainless steel, for a crisp and zesty wine with delicate floral and citrus notes. The smooth, juicy Tinto is made with 100% Tempranillo. Aged for three to six months in American oak barrels, it displays vivid aromas of red cherry and plum fruit coupled with notes of chocolate and spice. Both wines are sealed under screwcap to ensure the pristine fruit characters are retained in the glass.
