Bodegas Máximo was founded in 2002 to produce modern style wines that offer exceptional value while retaining their 'sense of place'. The fruit is sourced from the Tierra de Castilla zone in Castilla-La Mancha and vinified at their state-of-the-art winery, where the focus is on temperature control and gentle handling of the grapes to ensure freshness and balance in the wines.

Fermented in stainless steel, the Viura is crisp and zesty with delicate floral and citrus notes. The smooth, juicy Tempranillo is aged for six months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels to add a touch of spicy complexity. Both wines are sealed under screwcap to ensure the pristine fruit characters are retained in the glass.
