These wines are made at Quinta dos Carvalhais under the watchful eye of winemaker Beatriz Cabral de Almeida. Both are modern expressions of indigenous Portuguese varieties, made in a vibrant, fruit-forward style and offer excellent value for money.

A blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen, the Dão Tinto is an easy-drinking red with a ripe, rounded fruit character and smooth tannins. The Dão Branco, a blend of Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Bical and Gouveio boasts citrus and floral notes coupled with a lively and refreshing acidity.
