The Morris winery is located in Rutherglen, one of Australia’s oldest wine growing regions. The Muscadelle fruit parcels for this wine are from the 'Mia Mia' vineyards.
The grapes are left to hang on the vine to concentrate both flavours and sugars. They are then hand-picked, crushed and allowed to partially undergo fermentation, before draining, pressing, and fortification with high strength neutral spirit. It is then transferred to casks and barrels for many years of maturation, where the wine will concentrate in flavours and gain more texture through evaporation.

For over 155 years, the Morris family have earned their position as one of the most prominent winemaking families in Australia, with their name being synonymous with ‘Liqueur Muscat’ for many years. Today, David Morris, the fifth generation of the family to run the winery, ensures the Morris name remains one of Australia’s most respected.
