Crafted by acclaimed wine critic Matthew Jukes, Jukes Cordialities is a range of alcohol-free cordial blends made from high-quality fruit, vegetables, herbs, and spices macerated with a backbone of organic apple cider vinegar. As of 2025, all their cordial blends are now certified organic, evidencing their commitment to quality and sustainability. In 2025, Jukes was named ‘Best Drinks Range’ at the World Alcohol-Free Awards and collected the award for ‘Best Organic Drink’ for their No.6 ‘ready-to-pour’ can, further reinforcing their reputation for providing an outstanding no- and low-drinking experience.
There are three flavours to choose from, each with an uplifting, dry profile that makes them ideal for food pairing. The 30ml Cordiality bottle makes two drinks and can be tailored to suit individual palates by selecting the desired mixer (still, sparkling, or tonic water) and adjusting dilution strength. The Jukes range is also available in ready-to-pour 250ml cans.
Jukes 1, ‘The Classic White,’ features peach blossom, cucumber, plums, tart apples, and pineapple husk, with a herbal, lemon zest-tinged finish.
Jukes 8, ‘The Rosé’, is a nod to Provence. Bright and refreshingly crisp, it centres around raspberries, rhubarb, melon, and pear.
Jukes 6, ‘The Dark Red’, is made in a spicy style. It has a naturally inky colour and a palate brimming with blackcurrants and blackberries.
The ‘Jukes Sparkling Collection’ features a ‘ready-to-pour’ edition of the three classic flavours of Jukes 1, 6 and 8.
Production
Each flavour is created by layering fruit, vegetables, herbs, spices and flowers. The carefully selected combination of ingredients is then blended with brown sugar and undergoes a long, gentle maceration with organic apple cider to bring forth a particular character. The addition of carbonated water emphasises the aromatics of this blend offering an even more elevated experience. Jukes 1 `The Classic White` is centred around a citrus, stone fruit and herb theme, resulting in an uplifting and dry style which enables it to match with an extremely broad range of dishes. In addition to being 100% natural and alcohol-free, all Jukes drinks are vegan, gluten free, halal and low calorie.
